“Soar up into the sky with one start” on the Dragon Festival

The second day of the second month of the lunar calendar is the day when the Dragon raises its head according to the legend. It is a traditional festival in urban and rural China. To celebrate the “Dragon Festival” is to pray for the rain and harvest. In the northern regions, the custom includes eating pig’s head meat and cutting hair (cutting the “dragon’s head).
