JIANGSU SINOAUSTRAL AVIATION TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (referred to as “SINOAUSTRAL Aviation”), formerly Panjin SINOAUSTRAL Aviation Technology Corporation, was established in 2008 with a registered capital of 82.857 million yuan. It is a private aviation enterprise specializing in the production and sales of aircraft and aircraft engines. At present, the company has more than 100 employees (including flight personnel, crew, flight crew, aircraft manufacturing personnel, etc.), and the technicians account for 60% of all employees, with many years of experiences in the aviation field.
The company started from a small town, and after ten years of development, it has become an aircraft manufacturer that supplies products to more than 10 provinces and cities and provides aircraft for thousands of people in China. Its business scope includes sales of Jabiru series aircrafts, Jabiru aircraft engines, Bushcaddy series aircrafts, M-W FLY aircraft engines, MI-2M helicopters, procurement of private aircraft aviation materials, maintenance of private aircrafts, consulting of general aviation, airport leasing, etc.
★SINOAUSTRAL Aviation is the exclusive distributor of Australia Jabiru Private Aircraft Co., Ltd. in mainland China and Hong Kong and Macao regions.
★On October 14, 2016, SINOAUSTRAL Aviation was listed on the National Small and Medium Enterprise Share Transfer System ("New Third Board") successfully. Its stock abbreviation is SINOAUSTRAL Aviation and security code is 839357.
★ In 2016, SINOAUSTRAL Aviation acquired Canada Bushcaddy Aircraft Co., Ltd. and obtained all technological property rights of the Bushcaddy series of aircrafts.
★In 2017, SINOAUSTRAL Aviation obtained the authorization to produce Russian MI-2M helicopters. The company was moved to Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, and became the general agent of M-W FLY aircraft engines in Asia and Oceania.
The development history of an enterprise is the historical footprint of the company. Looking back on the past and looking forward to the future, we are constantly accepting new challenges and growing from them.
In April 2011, the State Council announced the 12th Five-Year Plan of General Aviation, to start the comprehensive development of navigation, and later, a series of preferential policies to support the development of navigation (see the table below) were introduced, and the navigation industry began to enter the development peak period. The low-altitude navigation gradually opened while the industry policies were optimized. The Regulations on management and use of low-altitude airspace amended and improved for several times will be introduced this year, and low-altitude navigation will be opened comprehensively in China.
At the 2016 National Health Emergency Work Conference, it was clearly proposed to start the construction of a three-dimensional emergency medical rescue network, focus on improving medical rescue capacity, advocate for health emergency social participation, and promote the development of health emergency industry. In response to this call, SINOAUSTRAL Aviation invested heavily in the construction of a domestic helicopter rescue network with its more than ten years of experiences in the safety operation, to become the largest, strongest and most reliable service provider in the field of helicopter rescue in China.
